**SUMMARY**
The **HR Protege** will assist HR Site Manager in carrying out various administrative tasks and gaining hands-on experience in different HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in Human Resources.
**JOB RESPONSIBILTIES**:
- Daily support activities for HR matters.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and assist in the onboarding process.
- Support HR Site Manager in exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in organizing and filing employee documents, including contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary records.
- Assist for administrative task including but not limited to data entry, staff house arrangement & labor camp and purchasing documentation.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
