_**What’s Your Mission**_

**A. Primary Role**
- Study market dynamics, consumer behavior, market trends to identify new product or upgrade opportunities
- Product & Business Opportunity Sharing and training to internal (Staff) and external distributors
- Plan & Lead Product Development Projects, collaborating with relevant departments in supplier sourcing, regulatory, product sampling, pricing, product positioning, sales forecasting, launching, logistics
- Collaborate with sales & marketing team increase brand value by creating content (i.e. videos, leaflets, flyers) and sourcing premium sales item
- Manage product life cycles within each brand
- Product Promotion Management
- Back end operational support as and when required
- **Requirements**_
- Passionate about the cosmetic industry and always up to date with latest beauty & personal care trends
- Flexible to travel across state for 3 rounds of Roadshow (per year)
- Good Public Speaking skills
- Product Training/Sharing Experience (preferred)
- Language Fluency: Mandarin (required), Malay (required), and English (preferred)
- Min 1 Year Experience in product development and management in the beauty industry （(preferred)
- Well verse in the cosmetic chemistry (preferred)Certified Beautician (i.e. CIDESCO) / Diploma in Cosmetics
- Team Player and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in Google Collaboration Tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs) (preferred)
