・To control all payroll related activities in the company
・To control all administration and human resources activities in the company
・To control overall human resource and administration activities in the company
・Ensure the Quality and environmental management system is implemented and maintain throughout the company
・Check monthly attendance of employee
・Process monthly payroll of employees
・To liaise with tax agent on expatriate’s tax matter
・Issue letter of employment, confirmation and resignation to employees
・Maintain personal file of employees and payroll documents
・Assist in calculating increment and bonus for employees
・Attend any audit conducted by Government audit that involves employee payroll
・Assist in renewing expatriate’s employment pass
・Assist in the check out memo process of foreign worker with immigration department
・Ensure the quality and environmental management system i n implemented and maintained throughout the company
・Carry put all responsibilities as defined in the company QMS, EMS, and other related committee

**; Requirements**: - ・Diploma and above
・4 - 5 years in HR/Admin, 2-3 years in Management
・Working experience in a Manufacturing Company
・Management experience
