Warehouse Admin Assistant

**KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Oversee and take care of fixture movement within warehouses
- Ensure all fixtures are safely kept at all time
- Update fixtures & fittings listing from time to time
- Assist in organizing and preparing requested fixtures and fittings
- Assist in maintaining the company’s assets either from stores or office
- Overseeing stores in third-party installation or swapping of equipment and fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Provide end-to-end onsite and offsite event support
- Response to emergency calls for maintenance
- Develop maintenance schedules and enforce it among maintenance staff
- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
- Routine store visits to check the condition of the fixtures and fittings and make adjustments if necessary
- Communicate plans for upper-level improvements
- Supervising the work of contractors to ensure compliance with safety requirements during new store opening preparation or store renovation
- Perform other related duties and assignments as assigned by the superior from time to time
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in maintenance and safety procedure
- Knowledge of maintaining outlet structure and grounds
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve fixtures and lightning defects
- Physical ability and agility
- Proactive and highly organized
- Flexible and problem solving
- Multi-tasking, resourceful, and good time management
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and work well under pressure
- Willing to travel to retail stores to provide support to onsite event
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
