**_Responsibilities:_**
- Coordinate between transportation providers to property schedule shipments and deliveries.
- Communicate with dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and delays and provide immediate update to avoid unnecessarily waiting time.
- Coordinating and planning with the internal warehouse team on the warehouse storage before and during the deliveries.
- Responsible for all the outgoing deliveries reports, ensuring that vehicles delivering to sites have the correct paperwork.

**_Requirements:_**
- Knowledge in SQL system is preferable
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Excellent computer skills, such as Microsoft office.
- Good command in verbal & written English, Mandarin & Malay
