What Will You Be Doing?
- To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
- To ensure urgent payment to be expedited in time.
- Record verified purchase invoices and upload into the accounting system.
- Assist in preparing monthly journal entries and checking GL reports.
- Assist in monitoring operational accounts (Prepayment, Fixed Asset, Accrual, etc.)
- Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in line with company accounting policies as well as relevant accounting standards.
- Check and ensure all transactions are processed accurately in the system.
- Liaise with Auditor & Tax agent for the financial year end audit account and Tax computation.
- Keep and record all the accounting documents and ensure that all filling is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in accounting/ LCCI/ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal & written communication.
- Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
- Professional manner and strong ethical code.
