**Job Descriptions**:
Project Planning and Scheduling:

- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project schedules and milestones, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish work breakdown structures and allocate resources effectively.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Prepare project budgets and forecasts, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize project spending and minimize budget overruns.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource Management:

- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize productivity.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage project risks through regular risk assessments, contingency planning, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure alignment and cohesion.
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and efficiency.

**Requirement**:

- A minimum of recognized Engineering degree in any discipline with minimum of five (5) year experience with three (3) years in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
