**The job ad**: Corporate Finance Executive

**Expected Salary**:RM4,000 - RM 6,000

Responsible of the financial health of company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. Familiar with audits, invoices, and budget preparations. Demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks. Responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures.
- Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation and planning of budget.
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transaction.
- Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Coordinates preparation for the annual audit process and materials, liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
- Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
- Prepare balance sheets and invoices.
- Assist in drafting the SOP, process improvement and internal control.
- Continuously update and implement all necessary business policies, governance and controls of taxation, finance, and accounting practices.
- Report on the actual financial performances against budget and prepare variance reports.
- Liaise with business unit to perform financial report.

**Requiremen**t
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Hokkien and English
- Strong analytical, financial, and reporting skills.
- Work experience in Fintech company.
- Can work independently.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
