**Job Responbilities**:

- Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and independence in office administrative and clerical tasks.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and external stakeholders such as vendors, service providers, or suppliers.
- Greet visitors, accept deliveries, supervise maintenance and contractor visits, and ensure office facilities are clean and in working order.
- Check inventory of office supplies, purchase ad-hoc items, attend to staff requests, and maintain pantry and first aid supplies.
- Receive, sort, and track incoming correspondence, categorize and prioritize responses as needed.
- Maintain accurate business contact database, proper filing system, and up-to-date files.
- Undertake various comprehensive administrative tasks assigned and provide secretarial support to superiors.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years working experience in handling full spectrum of administrative role, preferably in Telecommunication or IT industry.
- Able to multi-tasking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
