**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Financial Data Entry**: Accurately record and maintain financial data related to expenses and revenues in accounting software.
- **Invoice Processing**: Prepare, review, and process invoices. Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and match purchase orders or contracts.
- **Expense Tracking**: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Reconcile credit card statements and receipts.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement within the accounting function and contribute to the development of efficient workflows.
- Other tasks and duties assigned by superiors
