**Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site and remote technical support for users regarding IT related issues; including setup and maintenance of PC hardware and software
- Support a 24x7 production environment
- To ensure Client Support is ISO 27001 compliant
- Maintain antivirus activity, WSUS and SCCM
- Perform small to medium scale IT project management and implementation
- To ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline
- Participate actively in process documentation as well as policies and procedures enforcement
- Provide recommendations and ideas for continuous improvement and enhancement for reducing hours of onsite support
- Monitor and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is met
- Manage license software and able to track the records without any delay
- Plan to reduce waste of IT hardware to follow company procedure as Go Green

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related fields; or
- Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Must be positive, hardworking and able to work within tight schedule and meeting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
