1. To handle all matters related to QS studies includes contract management, tendering (pre-post contract), estimation of cost and sources, site visit, liaise with sub-con, preparing and certifying progress claims and payment 2. Possess sound knowledge of market rates, cost control, preparation of claims and site evaluation. 3. To read drawings/plans well and possess good negotiation skills with suppliers/contractors on quotations and procurement 4. To verify, prepare database, process and manage all matters related to QS duties 5. To involve in measurement of quantities for purpose of tender documentation and progress payment 6. To prepare and assess variation order, remeasurement and final account 7. To prepare financial statement
