Supervise and manage a team of operational staff.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
- Monitor and ensure that products or services meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational schedules to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the operations team and with other departments.
- Ensure that operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualification**:

- Min education level SPM/Diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
