Technician (Male)

To carry out daily routine such as open LPG, chiller, air-conditioner, cooling tower, pump, mall lighting and other facility-related equipment. - To carry out routine preventive maintenance activities on mall equipment and repair of equipment/building/plumbing and mall facilities as scheduled. - To assist in repair work on any mechanical, electrical, installation or maintenance work. - To trouble-shoot mall M&E equipment to ensure minimum downtime. - To perform general painting work and touch-ups. - To perform general minor repair work and plumbing work defect. - Perform electrical wiring, cabling and modification or electrical circuits if necessary. - Support and assist all other general electrical & mechanical work assigned by supervisor or manager. - To respond to emergency calls made by HOD, superior and other contractor on repair works. - Able to work independently and personally. - To carry out maintenance office clean and tidy.
