**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for ensuring accurate processing of monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and tax clearance.
- Maintain and upkeep latest employee data and profile.
- Monitor the discipline among employees and take disciplinary action when necessary
- Execute employees on company policies, SOP preparation, maintain HR records and any related to HR operation.
- Creating and maintaining a company knowledge base that involves collecting, organizing, and disseminating information to facilitate internal processes, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.
- Updating and maintaining records and databases containing personal information, financial data, and other critical information.
- Manage office operation, administrative tasks, maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinate and provide general support to all day-to-day administrative works.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Having at least 3 years of experience in HR Admin role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant studies.
- Familiarity with any HR System.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Solid communication skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
