**Range salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,300
**Working days**:Monday - Friday
**Working hours**: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
**Location**: No. 14-01, Jalan Forest Height 8, Forest Heights, 70450 Seremban Negeri Sembilan

**Job Description**:

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, CV submission, interview arrangement and billings.
- Achieve quarterly target as per Individual KPI target
- Achieve weekly KPI for CV submission, number of call and number of interview session as per individual KPI target.
- Build strong relationship with all key account clients
- Meet client’s demand and adapt to changes accordingly.
- Manage risk, quick troubleshooting, and prompt attendance to issue escalation.
- Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and records related to recruitment activities for analysis
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting submitted in a timely manner
