**Responsibilities**
- Dealing, negotiating and working with the suppliers
- Analysis of market demand of different products
- Maintaining and updating the purchasing data in system from time to time
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and/or vendors
- Monitoring and forecasting products according to the market demand
- Provide assistance to manager in daily activities or preparing report or any documentation work
- Monitors performance progress and perform administrative and office support activities
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Data entry and data analysis
- Perform to achieve department goals and objectives with upper management
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak in Mandarin fluently will be added advantage
- Good Attitude, Responsible, Hardworking and able to multi-task
- Computer literate
