IT Executive

Hardware and Software Installation, support and troubleshooting
- Computer purchase, set up and allocation.
- Performance backup databases.
- Configure resource sharing on LAN and performance ad-hoc troubleshooting.
- Anti-virus installation and monitoring.
- Monitoring computer software licensing in stock.
- Support ad-hoc project.
- Extensive knowledge of Home & Office systems, good problem-solving skills & high - level interpersonal skills
- Update and maintain documentation such as administration & user guides
- Maintain IT asset and inventory
- Preferable with server relocation experience

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, server & network setup, and troubleshooting hardware/software installation
- Basic understanding of networking technologies (routers, switches, TCP/IP)
- Experience with different platform technologies (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
- Knowledge of English & Mandarin is essential.
- Able to take on challenges, work independently or as a team, and be self-driven to learn new technologies
- Demonstrates flexibility in responding to unexpected demands
- Minimum 1-year hands-on experience in similar position is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
