**Responsibilities**:

- Manage staff weekly schedule, offday and workdays
- Ensure cafe necessities are met, such as inventory, cleanliness, staffs as well as operation hours
- Liase with supplier for ingredient and stock deliveries
- Prepare sales report
- Prepare inventory and stock list
- Stock & Inventory check every month
- Be the point of contact for the cafe

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience in F&B industry is preferred.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in inventory management
- Willing to work 6 days a week
