**Position: International Freight Logistics Coordinator.**:

- **Salary: RM 3000-4000.**:

- **Work Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.**

Our client is a well established and industry leader in international multi-modal logistics forwarding industry. The company provides mainly ocean freight and warehousing for their customers. Now they have an opportunity for a freight forwarding all rounder to handle a combination of Import and Export operations within their business main office in Kelana Jaya.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Liaising with Customers, suppliers,overseas agents/offices.
- Co-ordinating export documentation requirements including receipt and verification of export documentation,issuing booking confirmation.
- Export shipment registration requirements and issue pre alerts to overseas office/agents.
- Assist with coordination of export collection/import deliveries.
- Verification of documents received from overseas to ensure completeness and accurate.
- Invoicing customer/agents and verifying vendor invoices for approval.

**The Person**
- Malaysian female with Diploma qualification in Shipping or Freight Management.
- Possess 1-2 years work experience within a freight forwarding or logistics industry role.
- Possess excellent verbal/written communications skills in this case English and good customer service skills.
- Experience with the computer system Cargowise will be an advantage.
