**Responsibilities**:
Input data from source documents into the excel file with high accuracy and efficiency.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
Organize and maintain data files and records in an orderly manner.
Follow data entry procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and data integrity.
Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Respond promptly to data entry queries and requests for information.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times.
Any other adhoc tasks asisgned
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Experience with database management systems is a plus.
Possess own computer and Microsoft Office tools
