Develop, implement and update HR operational documents such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc from time to time
- Develop organisation strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues.
- Ensure compliance of law and regulations.
- Manage daily operations of HR Department.
- Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments/duties

given by management.

**; Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Management or a similar role.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Proven ability to design and implement company policies
- Understanding of and familiar with Malaysian Employment Law and any applicable Law in relation to Employment.
- Must be a team player able to work collaboratively with others to disseminate and share knowledge and information.
- Ability to develop effective policies, procedures and processes.
