**Job Summary**:
As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating and managing our wine selection, providing personalized recommendations to guests, and enhancing the overall dining experience through your expertise and passion for wine. From conducting wine tastings to collaborating with our culinary team on pairing menus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our guests' experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Curate and manage the wine selection, including sourcing new wines, updating the wine list, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to guests on wine selection, based on their
- preferences, food pairing, and budget.
- Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staff and guests to enhance their understanding and appreciation of wine.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of wine to maintain quality and freshness.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop wine pairing menus for special events and promotions.
- Train and educate staff on wine service standards, including proper pouring techniques and wine presentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new wine releases, and emerging vineyards to continually enhance the wine program.
- Build and maintain relationships with wine distributors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and exclusive offerings.
- Handle wine sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service at all times.**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and vintages, as well as proficiency in wine tasting and evaluation.
- Certification from recognized wine education programs (e.g. WSET) preferred.
