Inventory Assistant

Provide administrative support in Admin department.
- To manage stock accuracy and ensure the physical stock tally with system. Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to head of department.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including stock transfer.
- Assist in replenishing stock when necessary.
- Support the billing process, including generating invoices, resolving billing issues, etc.
- Data Entries for stocks; Ensure accuracy & completion of inventory data.
- To control the inventory related documentation and database. Files all delivery and inventory receipts.
- Prepare, generate, and update inventory reports.
- Familiar UBS Inventory Software
- Support daily and monthly stock takes.
- All others day to day administration, coordination and service support for the division and any other task which are assigned as and when required in order to meet Company’s objectives.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma and 5 years of relevant working experience.
2. Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Positive attitude willing to learn.
4. Preferably possess own transport.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
