**Aim of the job**:

- Support the end-to-end activities of risk management.

**Main responsibilities and activities**:

- Conduct risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports and market trends.
- Establishes policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations services and departments.
- Reviews and assesses risk management policies and protocols; makes recommendations and implements modifications and improvements.
- Recommends and implements risk management solutions such as insurance, safety, health, environment and security policies, business continuity plans or recovery measures.
- Reviews and analyzes metrics and data such as cash flow, inventory, breakage and employee activity that could uncover fraudulent behaviour.
- Drafts and presents risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
- Performs other duties as directed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree or other professional qualifications equivalent to a Bachelors Degree.
- Accounting, Risk Management or other relevant professional qualifications.
- 7 - 10 years experience.
- Good understanding of risk management and internal control framework.
- Good command of English with strong analytical, report writing and communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

**Specific knowledge linked to the job**:

- Accounting/finance/general operations
- Plantation operations (not required but an advantage)
- Risk management and internal controls framework (ISO 31000/COSO/etc.)
