**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including processing payments and managing invoices.
- Perform accurate data entry of financial information.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and files.
- Prepare and generate financial reports as needed.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding account information.
- Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a SPM, STPM, College Diploma, or equivalent.
- Basic familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and basic computer skills for processing, recording, and data entry.
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in mathematics and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the accounting or finance sector, is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
