**Overall job objectives**

You report to Singapore’s IT department to assist in managing all IT infrastructure at Malaysia’s office.

**Core responsibilities**

1. First level IT Support
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

2. IT asset management
- Manage the inventory of IT assets including issuance, return, and tracking of hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with users for the issuance and return of IT equipment.

3. Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor the performance and health of hardware and software infrastructure.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of network equipment, servers, and workstations.
- Ensure the network infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable.

4. IT Security Implementation and Training
- Implement IT security protocols and best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on IT security measures and awareness.
- Regularly update and maintain security software and hardware.

5. Carry out ad-hoc task as assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in help desk and IT support roles.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
