We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Food Scientist Assistant to join our team at Hamorny Lotus Foods. As a Food Scientist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our noodle products while assisting our food scientists in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Raw Material Control: Monitor and manage the quality and availability of raw materials for production, ensuring they meet our standards for safety and quality.

2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track usage, and order replenishments in a timely manner to ensure smooth production flow.

3. Sample Arrangement: Prepare and arrange noodle samples for testing, analysis, and presentation, adhering to established protocols.

4. Support Food Scientists: Collaborate closely with our food scientists to assist with research, development, and testing of new food products, formulations, and processes.

5. Production Oversight: Monitor and ensure that production processes run smoothly, addressing any issues that may arise to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:

- SPM/ STPM/ Degree/Fresh Grads Holders are Welcomed To Apply.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring product quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with food scientists and production teams.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Proficient in using Excel, Microsoft Office
