Mini Cs Supervisor

负责分拨营运指标数据监控、问题分析、改善优化，并举一反三； Responsible for the data monitoring, problem analysis, improvement, and optimization of the allocation of operating indicators, and draw inferences.
- 负责编制分拨操作规范、流程制度和搭建考核体系； Responsible for the preparation of distribution operation specifications, process systems and establishment of assessment systems.
- 结合数据和业务的需求，进行深度挖掘分析，为公司决策提供支持和建议 ；Combine data and business needs, conduct in-depth mining and analysis, and provide support and suggestions for company decision-making.
- 负责运营环节风险控制；Responsible for risk control in operational links.
- 负责团队绩效管理；Responsible for team performance management.
- 负责上级领导交办的其他工作。 Responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisors.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Prefer 2 -3 years’ relevant work experience in **Express Logistics industry** is preferred
- Cheerful personality, strong anti-stress ability, strong communication skills, skilled use of excel, ppt, word.
- Have strong execution ability, good judgment, and decision-making ability, planning ability.
- Clear thinking and strong writing ability.
- Have a good teamwork spirit, be honest and reliable, have good conduct, have strong independent working ability and public relations ability
- Language : English & Malay, if can speak **Mandarin **is advantag
- 6 working day per week
