Landscape Designer

1. Initiable design concept and design philosophy for new developments within the timeframe given.

2. Presentation of design intends, materials selection costing, etc from the conceptual design stage up to the design development stage.

3. Prepare details drawings, submission drawings, tender/contract drawings, and documents to ensure compliance with requirements.

4. Prepare construction drawings and assist the Project Manager during the construction stage to ensure intends are interpreted and implemented accurately.

5. Attend meetings with other consultants, clients, and landscape contractors to resolve project and technical issues.

6. Assist with the presentation to the clients on design changes, material changes, costing, etc.

7. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Leader/management.

**Requirements**:
2. Preferably 3-5 Years (s) and above-related working experience in the Landscape

Architecture field.

3. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.

4. Have strong design sense, creative thinking, responsible, presentable, committed,

and self-motivated.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
