Hostel Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY (major functions of position) Student Allocation 1. To plan student's registration at hostel 2. To ensure the allocation of the hostel placement are available according to the master plan Hostel Facilities 3. To monitor hostel facilities and equipment are in good condition 4. To report and coordinate to the superior on the hostel issue 5. To ensure that the physical structures and surrounding area are in good condition Emergency Cases & Hostel Safety 6. To ensure the incident cases to be attended immediately after received the case 7. To create and maintain safety environments 8. Provide violence intervention services 9. To take all necessary action for security of student and hostel properties Hostel cleanliness & Maintenance 10. To liaise with other department on the maintenance of the building, defects promptly action 11. To ensure all complaints pertaining cleanliness and maintenance are reported and well maintain Student disciplinary 12. To assist the superior in matter pertaining the student discipline 13. To promote health and wellness such as positive health behaviours Student welfare 14. To provide a supportive environment for student 15. To identify the needy student are taken care off and fully support/assist Filing & documentations 16. Performs general clerical duties: filling and documentation Others 17. Performs any other function/task as assigned by the superior
