**Job Title**: Events Marketing Specialist
**Responsibilities**:Campaign Development and Execution**:
Utilize Marketo, Cvent, and Adobe Experience to create, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns for events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event goals and translate them into effective and measurable strategies.
Configure various workflow steps, triggers, personalization, scheduled actions, and other campaign-related settings.
**Segmentation and Personalization**:
Implement advanced segmentation techniques to target specific audience segments and personalize communication for enhanced engagement.
Employ dynamic content strategies to tailor messaging based on audience behavior and preferences.
**Data Management and Analysis**:
Manage and maintain data integrity within marketing technology platforms.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
**Technology Integration**:
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing technology and automation.
Integrate and optimize marketing automation processes with other tools and platforms as needed.
**Collaboration and Training**:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate them into automation processes.
Provide training and support to team members on best practices for utilizing marketing automation tools effectively.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field and with Marketo certification preferred.
Proven 3 - 5 years’ experience in building and managing marketing campaigns, particularly with Marketo, Cvent, and Adobe Experience.
Understanding and compliance with regional data privacy and opt-in legislation, such as ‘Do Not’ Registers (DNCR, DNMR, and related) across APAC markets.
Strong understanding of lead management, segmentation, and data-driven marketing.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and generating meaningful reports.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a passion for staying current with industry trends and technologies.
