
Receptionist Legal Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
- 1) Preparing sale and purchase agreement for projects and subsales, loan documents and other documents;
2) Liaising with clients/purchaser and arrange for signing;
3) Able to handle conveyancing files from opening file, attending signing, well versed in MOT, bank loan system, filling consent, CKHT, etc ;
4) May work independently with minimum supervision;
5) Assisting lawyers with signing appointments;
6) Answering phone calls, attend walk in client’s;
7) Record incoming and outgoing correspondence; and
8) other administration work may be assigned from time to time;
