Summary

As an Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will further design and plan the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets the organisation's requirements and aligns with industry best practices.

You will create scalable and secure architectures and optimise cost-efficiency. The Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions Specialist plays a vital role in driving innovation and identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will report to the Chief Enterprise Architect and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and design scalable and secure solutions. You will deeply understand the organisation's objectives and align services to meet those goals.

You will evaluate new technologies, provide technical guidance and

contribute to innovation initiatives. Your role will involve architectural design, implementation and hands-on engineering work. You shall optimise our current processes and ensure your peers can consult you for best practices.

You will also be a coach and trainer in the OneIT community to transfer and share knowledge of tools and components.

Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist

Main Accountabilities
- Provide strong architecture expertise to ensure that the Azelis architecture supports and aligns with business initiatives and technology strategy. Drive the creation and implementation of architecture standards in a complex

environment.
- Provide architecture design recommendations based on organisation strategy, develops technical architecture, and establish standards and guardrails to design technology solutions.
- Continuously monitor, optimise and configures the IT environment for performance, security, scalability and cost efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, network and cloud resources, working closely with other teams to investigate and resolve incidents.
- Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks and best practices to support incident response and troubleshooting processes.
- Drives process improvements and harmonisation between corporate and regional stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends and best practices. Evaluate new tools, services and frameworks to enhance the organisation's capabilities and drive innovation.
- Support the post-merger integration projects from an infrastructure, network, cloud & security perspective.
- Triages and resolves escalations related to Infrastructure and cloud-related matters.
- Lead the implementation of the organisation's enterprise security strategy and policies globally.

Essential Qualifications:

- Profound understanding of information security governance best practices and common information security compliance requirements.
- Manage external service providers on different IT domains (cloud, infrastructure, network, security).
- Optimise the performance and availability of the infrastructure by analysing logs and alerts.
- Leverage security controls, policies and best practices to ensure security and compliance.
- Maintains effective relationships with partners, vendors, consultants and co-workers.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related technical studies.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure services such as: Windows server, Domain Services, DNS, DHCP,
- Extensive knowledge of network services such as: WAN/LAN, routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, web gateways, proxies, Radius,
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud
