**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible in the checking and verifying of reports submitted by Site to ensure the compliances towards Company’s standard
- Involved in the compilation of reports/ summary submitted by site for Management’s review
- To assist in the creation and enhancement of Operational Report Format and other report as and when required by Management
- Assisting with all aspects of fixed asset management of the Company such as the acquisitions, transfers, disposal and write off, tagging and custody of fixed assets
- To assist in contract management administration

**Job Requirements**:
- At least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Has knowledge in General Office Administrative
- At least 1- 3 years experience in related field
- Proficient and Excellent in Microsoft Office (Eg: Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Good written & communication in English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
