**Standard Operation Procedures (S.O.P) for Security Guards**

1) To carry out patrol every hour, weekends and public holidays and examine at gates and visitor parking on a regular basis to ensure that they are properly locked and secured, and to ensure all vehicles, equipment’s and boundary fence have not been tampered.

2) To conduct regular checks and inspections to ensure building safety and security.

3) Immediately report to the HR dept./ Production of General Manager any sign of damages, malfunctions, faulty equipment’s or utilities, unsecured doors, fire hazards, any unusual or questionable or dangerous or suspicious conditions or activities.

4) To call Police Dept and Fire Brigade Dept as and when required if got **unsecured activities**.

5) To monitor and report unauthorized parking on premises to HR dept.

6) Visitors, suppliers, and staffs are **NOT allowed to take photo/ video** at Factory Premises

7) Visitors and suppliers are needed to face the CCTV for identification and reference records if any problems occur.

8) Names of personnel assigned to each location/premises, or any changes must be provided in advance. (If required)

9) The guards to record details in Security Report Logbook as requested by HR dept.

10) The security guards need to check the car's bonnet when visitors, suppliers and staffs are exit from the premises.

11) **NO unauthorized person** is allowed to enter the premises for any reasons.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
