Duty Nurse Administrator

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree / Diploma in Nursing
- **MUST **registered with Malaysia Nursing Board
- Possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate
- Minimum 3 years working experience and 1 year in supervisory role
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Manage all admissions and transfer of the patients during working hours
- Ensure that admissions and transfer are according to priorities and specific criteria in order to provide safe environment for patients
- Collaborate all discharges of patients with respective departments when hospital census is high
- Undertake ongoing review of appropriate standard of nursing services at time of admission
- Manage customer feedback to exceed customers’ expectation
- Establish the standard and competencies of the nurses to provide safe and effective nursing services to customer
- Enhance operating efficiency and productivity of the hospital
- Coordinating and supporting role as a DNA and bedboard to enhance operating efficiency and productivity of the hospital
**SHIFT PATTERN**:
Duty Nurse Administrator
7am - 2pm
2pm - 9pm
9pm - 7am
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
