**The Role**:
The **Contingent Workforce Analyst** is responsible to provide dedicated E2E commercial, professional consultancy and administrative activities relating to contingent workforce management. Handles day to day operations, manage queries, IQN workflows, commercial rate negotiation and reporting to deliver top-quartile contingent workforce management.

A sustainable solution to contractor management - end to end contractor management supported by a global Contingent Workforce Operations to:

- Liberate business frontline and shorten cycle time with CWO handling end to end contractor management activities (source, select, hire, extension, on board/off board contingent workforce)
- Improve commercial acumen through rates assessment against Shell standard rate card, channeling and step out escalation
- Create data transparency and the ability to quickly identify savings opportunities through Management Information reports
- Drive consistency in selecting and managing contractors.

This role covers the Shell Upstream and Integrated Gas business across 7 countries supporting Australia, Malaysia, Middle East, Nigeria, UK and Norway consisting of 12 different legal entities

Skills and Requirements
- **Self-starter with ability to work independently** and show initiative in Shell’s learning processes to demonstrate learning curve and curiosity (70:20:10 model)
- Needs to have very strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate to a wide group of stakeholders globally at all levels of the business
- Able to speak up to provide the right advice, challenge ideas and legacy processes as well as offer creative solutions for the business in their contingent workforce management needs
- Strong analytical skills to resolve process/system issues and general enquiries relating to CWO processes and/or IQN functionality
- Deliver operational excellence (customer service focus) and continuous improvement (ability to assess and diagnose problems and to propose solutions that are simple and effective)
- Awareness of the market and contingent worker contracts and strategies within the C&P framework
- Awareness of Contracting and Procurement processes, from Category Management to RtP [Basic recruitment of contingent workforce]
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to foster close working relationships with stakeholders and create trust and advocacy in our E2E processes
- Be results oriented; ability to demonstrate good case management through Salesforce and accountability towards tasks to ensure cycle time, quality and outcome of each case is aligned with targets
- Well organized and able to manage competing priorities - has proven track record of good attendance and team work with the ability to manage personal and work-related matters professionally.
- Able to communicate with team and TL openly, to address concerns and share best practices for shared success

**Role is shift based - Morning 9am - 6pm, Mid-shift, 1pm - 10pm on a monthly rotation, and your verbal/written communication may be assessed during the interview process**

Additional Information Special Challenges:

- Able to demonstrate a cross breed skillset encompassing at least two of the following areas: HR, Recruitment, Purchasing, Customer Care, Key Account Management, Finance or Accounting
- Able to work with limited supervision displaying a self-drive, “can-do” attitude and passion for success whilst adhering to Shell’s Code of Conduct and SGBP and encourage positive mindset within the team
- Ability to be assertive in seeking information from various sources and drive improvement
- Ability to work in virtual teams (Implementation team) and the need to flex own schedules or work timing independently

Currently the team works from home due to the pandemic and will return to office once RTO is announced by CPRC
