**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. To ensure proper implementation of GMP system in the production.

2. To ensure high productivity and minimum wastage.

3. To ensure workers are well trained and disciplined.

4. To carry out training programmed for all the production workers.

5. To ensure output and quality of finished goods shall meet the stringent in house

standards.

6. To ensure the machine regularly maintained.

7. Upkeep cleanliness of plant factory by organizing regular cleaning brief talk with the

workers.

8. Ensure minimum wastage and maximize production yield.

9. Work together with the production manager to achieve better yields and upgrade process.

10. Ensure all factory consumable are available at all times, to reduce downtime and

maximize production time by coordinating with all departments properly.

11. Constantly study process flow problem and to elevate any ‘bottle necks’.

12. Set up suitable communication system between shifts.

13. Organize and re-deploy workers in times of emergency stoppage.

14. Ensure all workers understand and adhere to GMP rules and carry out work according to

work instruction.

15. To assist production manager to prepare the regular reports sent to senior management.

16. To liase closely with production manager on the monthly production planning and to

ensure the schedule of each order delivery is met.

17. To overall in charge of production supervisors, line technician, and all production

workers.

18. To train production staff in order to achieve company goal.

19. To carry out any other duties assigned by the management.

20. Other assigned duties as required.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Production or related fields

2. Strong leadership qualities and experience in supervising a production team.

3. Ability to analyse production issues and identify solutions.

4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and precision.

5. Minimum 3+ years experience in production operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
