Implement and maintain Occupational Health, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems.
- **Manage compliance and monitor staff and contractor adherence to regulations.**:

- **Conduct EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits.**:

- **Lead incident investigations and reporting.**:

- **Support ISO accreditation and provide advisory assistance on legal requirements and best practices.**:

- Collaborate with management to promote a safety culture.
- Coordinate training and maintain compliance documentation.
- Oversee EHS risk assessment for critical works.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide EHS support for facility projects and modifications.
- **Available for emergencies and on-call 24/7.**:

- Perform other assigned EHS-related responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment laws for Data Centre building management and maintenance, including safety, evacuation, and environmental protection.
- **Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science**:

- Registered/certified EHS Officer in Malaysia.
- Additional Professional EHS Certifications would be a plus
- Conversant in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all Malaysia EHS legislation, including OSH Act, Factories & Machinery Act, Fire Services Act, and Environmental legislation.
- **8 years of progressive experience leading EHS, with a focus on safety, loss prevention, and industrial hygiene in manufacturing operations.**:

- **Must able to work in Kulai**

**A detailed JD will be given upon request.**

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
