Job Title: Clinic Assistant / Clinic Nurse

Location: Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our team at Passionae Clinic. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our clinic and ensuring exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.**:

- **Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and update information in the clinic database accurately.**:

- **Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment.**:

- **Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.**:

- **Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, and handling patient billing and insurance processes.**:

- **Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.**:

- **Collaborate effectively with other clinic staff members to deliver high-quality care and service to patients.**

**Requirements**:

- **SPM or equivalent.**:

- **Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting preferred.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.**:

- **Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality.**:

- **Able to work in shifts (rotational).**:

- **Possesses a driving license for daily commuting.**
