- To arrange, create, produce and distribute training-related material and facilities as required.
- To organize, administer and set up training programs and events based on TNA and adhoc requirement.

- Coordinate in-house / external training
- Prepare and manage the training plan/calendar and safety shoes.
- Prepare, manage and maintaining all training records and staff competencies, monthly training report, monitoring on job training report.
- Manage and coordinate ISO/TS/EMS/OHSAS / IATF audit on HR.
- To support the HR Manager on training matters.
- To support and contribute towards the general HR department activities as required.

**Industrial Relation**
- Responsible for Industrial Relation activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices.
- Investigating and resolving employee disputes
- Offering counseling services and creating awareness to immediate superiors if necessary.
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing employee data for improvement
- Leading employee engagement and cohesion activities
- Adhering to regulatory standards and ensure compliance with statutory.
- Participation in SOPs drafting and communication.
- Experience in handling domestic inquiry and handling labor/ IR cases is an added advantage.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and at least 2 year experience in Training.
- Proficient in HR matter.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
- Good writing skills.
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
- Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work overtime
- Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage.
- Schedule Work : Monday to Friday
- Able to work at Meru, Klang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
