Travel Consultant

Establish and nurture a solid rapport with business clients, serving as the main point of contact for all things connected to travel.
- Make and oversee travel arrangements for flights, making sure they are economical, flexible with regard to time, and compliant with business travel guidelines.
- Make hotel arrangements while taking the client's preferences, location, and pricing into account.
- Make travel arrangements for business travelers, including car rentals, transfers, and vehicle rentals.
- Help clients submit their expenses and get reimbursed, making sure that everything is accurate and in line with corporate guidelines.
- Verify that all trip plans comply with the financial and travel standards of the corporate customer.
- Make effective use of platforms and technologies for booking travel to handle reservations and bookings.
- Create trip summaries and reports, including breakdowns of expenses and travel trends, for corporate clients.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
