**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Customer Service**:
Assist customers in selecting eyewear frames that meet their preferences and needs. Provide expert advice on lens selection, coatings, and other optical products.Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the eyewear selection and fitting process.

**Prescription Interpretation**:
Interpret optical prescriptions accurately to assist customers in choosing appropriate lenses. Collaborate with optometrist to address any specific customer vision needs.

**Frame Fitting**:
Conduct precise measurements for accurate frame fitting. Make necessary adjustments to frames for optimal comfort and visual performance.

**Lens Dispensing**: Dispense and educate customers on the proper use and care of prescription lenses. Offer guidance on lens options, including coatings, tints, and other enhancements.

**Order Management**: Place and manage orders for eyewear frames, lenses, and other optical products. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely restocking.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the optometrist to provide a seamless and integrated optical service. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient workflow.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all eyewear dispensed. Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to eyewear.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
Must be Registered Optician
Proven experience as an Optician.

Proficient in interpreting optical prescriptions.

Strong knowledge of lens types, coatings, and frame materials.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with precise measurement and fitting abilities.

Familiarity with optical equipment and tools.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a collaborative mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
