**Qualification**:Bachelor in Quantity Surveying

**Experience**:1-3 years of experience (prefer with structural steel experience)

**Job Scope**:

- To assist and carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities
- To prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, tender bids and quotation.
- To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to clients.
- To evaluate progress claims/ invoices and final accounts from sub-contractors.
- To evaluate manpower supply claim from supplier.
- To carry out quantities taking-off or measurements to prepare bill of quantities.
- To prepare and maintain project insurance and performance bond.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by QESH system.
- To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the management

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
