QA Executive

**Duty & Responsibilities**:
1. To monitor the status of incoming, in-process and outgoing quality to meet customer 's requirements.
2. To ensure the quality system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015.
3. To handle customer complaint and feedback (eg. NCR and CAR)
4. To maintain all measuring equipment and ensure follow calibration schedule.
5. To initiate internal quality audit and liaise with external auditor.
6. To coordinate with relevant HOD and implement continuous quality improvement programme.
7. To determine internal and external issues, risk and opportunities to be addressed.
8. To carry out any other job as per instruct by management from time to time.

**Job requirements**:
2. Preferable with minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing industry.
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Good leadership, problem analysis and solving skill, good communication skill.
5. Possess own transport.

**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
