Working Location: Setia Tropika
Working Days & Hours:
5 days Work in Office: Monday to Friday (Time 9am - 6pm)
Half day Work from Home: Saturday (Time 9am-1pm)

**Responsibilities**:
Handle basic accounting
Handle AR, AP and bank reconciliation
Issuing Invoice
Maintaining proper documentation & filing system
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.
Ad hoc duties assign by superior or management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
Good command, written and speaking English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to deal with locals or foreign clients from China
Must have 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Must have knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc) and other relevant software will be added advantage.
Must be responsible and detailed-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Must be a strong team player with good working attitude, disciplined, punctual and behavior.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with minimum supervision.
Undertake any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
