Develop, implement, and evaluate the Early Intervention Program in accordance with best practices and professional standards.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to a team of educators, including conducting performance evaluations and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the quality of the Early Intervention Program.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to children with neurological disorders, as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure that the Early Intervention Program is meeting the needs of each child and their families.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Early Intervention Program, making adjustments as needed to ensure that the program is meeting its goals and objectives.
- Manage the resources of the Early Intervention Program, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Always ensure a safe and clean environment including sanitizing toys and equipment.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, staff development, business development and peer sharing.With 4 to 5 years working experience as EIP Teacher or OT background.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,388.00 per month
