_**Description**:_
- Responsible for ensuring that the products and services produced by their company meet a certain standard of quality across all manufacturing sites of company.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Participate in meetings held at various levels within the organization.
- Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventative action plans on any non-conforming event.
- Follow-up on the action plans and assess the effectiveness of changes made.
- To spearhead all Quality Assurance Operations via pinpointing the root cause whether it is coming internally or externally, in order to systemically drive down bottlenecks that impede the overall Quality Assurance standards within the organization.
- Demonstrate skill in preventive quality engineering methods, data analysis, critical thinking, structured problem solving (8D), the use of metrics to identify opportunity, and business process improvement.
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting.
- Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required.
- To liaise with customer regarding quality feedback and to provide quality support to the organization and manufacturing facilities
- Liaise with other managers and staff to provide training, tools, and techniques to enable others to meet quality standards and achieve continuous improvement of the QMS.
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards, and legal, customer and company requirements.
- Interface with customers on technical/quality issues and improvement initiatives.
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned by superior as deemed appropriate.
- Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and the achievement of the organizational goals.
- Directly manage and assist QA Engineers in building effective Testing/Inspection strategies across all the Quality Gates.
- Provide site-wide Approvals for deviations, investigations, corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs) and 4M change control implementation.
- Review and approve deviation investigations and CAPA plans.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience within the space of Quality/Manufacturing/Product/Process Development
- Proficient in English communication (writing, reading and speaking) and presentation with strong communication and technical writing skills
- Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports
- Experience with Customer Quality (after Sales) mainly in dealing with customers and suppliers
- Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or medical devices would be advantageous.
- Good discipline and attitude
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- People management skill and quality mindset
- Good knowledge at ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
- Train and manage a team of QA Engineers, QA Supervisors and QA Technicians
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams throughout the use of QA/QC fundamentals including data analysis and problem solving techniques
- Work with the appointed teams on improvement projects and continual improvement on Integrated Management System framework.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
