Create Intercompany Sales Order

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Schedule the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) team for maintenance execution.
- Improve asset availability by reducing the asset turnaround time: reduce assets waiting for maintenance, down for parts and repair authorization numbers, down for failure and work-in process.
- Be responsible for improving Maintenance Technicians’ efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure implementation of the TLM maintenance program, compliance with the standard work adherence.
- Monitor compliance with Division TLM standards.
- Lead a continuous improvement culture. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as process improvements and govern the progress of improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to the failure investigation process and schedule resources to perform investigations as required.
- Implement reliability improvement practices.
- Encourage reliability improvement feedback from the TLM team.
- Be responsible for developing the competency of employees; track progress.
- Ensure technicians utilize TLM business systems to achieve full cost, time and equipment traceability for maintenance performance, including movements, work orders, parts used, and time spent on work orders.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
